If you have already installed the databases you may have changed the database prefix or some other database settings. If you already have data and you got to this screen by mistake you may not want to install again. Installing over an existing installation may cause your previous data to be lost.

Installs Empty Databases

If you have previously used the TEXT datastore option and now wish to use MySQL this option will attempt to convert the data stored in text files into the database. The files should be named as the defaults state change only if necessary.

These files should be found in: {FILELOCATION}

URL Text File:  
Statistics Text File:  
Lifehits Text File:  
Installs Databases and loads TEXT data

This install process only installs Tables into an existing database. And the login details have been entered by you in the admin setup area. You may need to create a database on your server by using your server management tool. If you need help creating a database contact your hosting provider or ask us to install for you.

If your host does not provide MySQL database for your use contact us we can provide you with hosts that do.
