Frequently Asked Questions
Question: "What experience do you have as a business owner and
coach?"
Answer: I started my own online business in 2006 from scratch. While
I was still a full-time high school history teacher, I began creating
digital products and virtual experiences that showed how to use specific
internet marketing tools. Within 15 months, I had replaced my teacher's
salary - in fact, I had more than doubled it. I resigned from the classroom
and continued to create more products in multiple formats.
I've conducted over 500 teleseminars and webinars, held 5
live seminars (at Maryland, North Carolina, California, and Florida hotels),
3 mastermind retreats, and spoken on stage for over 20 business conferences.
I've created over 40 digital products and courses, including audio, video,

Question: "Can I order more than 1 session and extend my savings?"
Answer: Yes - you can order as many sessions as you want (up to 20) -
all at just $97 each instead of $497 each. This locks in your 80% savings

with me over time. And since you can use the sessions any time in 2012
(subject to the availability calendar), it's worth your while to pick up as

Question: "Will I get the recordings of the session?"
Answer: Yes - as a bonus for the coaching, I will provide the .MP3
recording of each session you order today. You can use that non-exclusive
recording in any way you see fit, such as an opt-in gift, a product, turn it
into transcripts, etc.
Question: "What if I'm not one of the 27 people to
order? Can I still order for $97 each later?"
Answer: No - this page is technically set to reset the price to
$147/session after the first 27 people order coaching sessions. After
another 20 have ordered at that price, the offer jumps to $197/session.
Since these sessions usually retail for $497, even that will be a great
deal. But obviously you'll do yourself a big favor by ordering now for
$97.
Question: "When can I have my first session?"
Answer: After ordering your coaching sessions, you'll be sent a link
to my online availability calendar. We could be meeting within the next
week! Typical coaching slots are Tuesdays - Thursdays from 9 - 11:30 a.m.
and 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. Central Time. I'll be holding my winter Hotseat Holiday
January 12-13, and then going on the IM Success Cruise from January 14-23.
Before and after those dates you should have no problem scheduling your
first session.
Question: "How long are the coaching sessions?"
Answer: Our sessions are scheduled for a laser-focused 30 minutes -
not just 15 minutes like a lot of other high-end coaches offer these days.
That's plenty of time to keep focused on the most pressing issue you want
coaching on.
Question: "Can I combine the sessions for a longer coaching
session?"
Answer: Yes - you can combine up to 4 sessions (2 hours) for an
extended, more in-depth coaching experience. Of course, you can decide this
after you order.
Question: "How often can I schedule my sessions?"
Answer: We can meet as frequently as once per week, although the
most effective frequency is every 2-4 weeks.
Question: "What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?"
Answer: Things happen and sometimes you may not be able to meet your
scheduled appointment. You get 1 free pass if you miss a scheduled session
or need to change within 48 hours of the appointment. After that missed
appointments are forfeited. You can move a scheduled session to a later
date/time with no penalty if done 48 hours in advance. Changes made within
48 hours of an appointment (after the "freebie" change) incur a
$25 administrative fee.
Question: "Can I transfer these sessions to someone else, or
give them as a gift?"
Answer: Yes, you can give any of your sessions to another
person.
Question: "Do these coaching sessions expire?"
Answer: Yes, but you have until December 31, 2012 to use them.
Although you can use them more frequently, I'll send you a reminder every 30
days to use them. However it is your responsibility to use all the sessions
you order.
Question: "I don't see my question here. Can I ask you
something else?"
Answer: Of course - you can submit a question through my helpdesk at
TheTeachersHelpDesk.com if you don't find an answer here, and my support
administrator will either answer directly if she can, or pass your question
on to me for answering.
